คลิปเกม

• คลิปเป็นของผู้พัฒนาที่ส่งมา และอยู่บนติ๊กต็อกหรือยูทูบ เราแค่ฝังตัวเล่นทางการของบริการนั้น ไม่ได้เก็บไฟล์วิดีโอ เนื้อหาและความพร้อมใช้งานของคลิปขึ้นอยู่กับผู้พัฒนาและบริการนั้น
• คลิปผ่านการตรวจก่อนขึ้นเว็บ ยกเว้นคลิปจากผู้พัฒนาที่ยืนยันตัวตนแล้ว ซึ่งยังต้องทำตาม กฎเนื้อหา การผ่านการตรวจไม่ใช่การรับรอง
• ความคิดเห็นบนคลิปเป็นของผู้เขียนเอง และต้องทำตามกฎเนื้อหา ทีมงานซ่อนคลิปหรือความคิดเห็นได้ทุกเมื่อ เจ้าของสิทธิแจ้งลบได้ตาม แจ้งลบเนื้อหา

In short: hagame is a signpost to games. Every game belongs to its developer and is played on Roblox. We cannot control what happens inside a game.

We are only an intermediary

All game details (name, images, description, age label, genres, links) come from developers or from Roblox, and developers are responsible for their accuracy. We do not make, own, operate or control any listed game, except games labelled "From the team", which our team runs as one developer among others. Our review before listing is a basic check of what we can see at that moment, not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee; developers can change their games at any time afterwards.

In-game purchases and Robux

Buying Robux, game passes, items or anything in a game happens on Roblox between you, the developer and Roblox Corporation. We receive no money from those purchases and are not a party to them. Ask Roblox or the developer for refunds or purchase problems; we cannot refund or compensate on their behalf. We never sell or give away Robux, items or accounts; anyone using the hagame name to do so is a scammer.

Age labels and child safety

Age labels and the age mode are a basic aid, set by developers, and may not always be right. Parents should supervise play and also use Roblox's parental controls.

Data, numbers and translations

Player counts, visits and likes come from Roblox and may lag or be wrong; machine translations may be inaccurate. Everything is provided to help you find games, not for financial decisions.

The "Free UGC" page

Item lists, remaining stock and the experiences that give them come straight from Roblox's public endpoints, refreshed about every 5 minutes; stock may run out or change before you arrive, and we do not guarantee you will get an item. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation and do not endorse any experience or item; claiming happens inside that experience on Roblox under its creator's conditions. The "How to get" steps are an AI summary of the experience's own public description, labelled as AI, and may be incomplete or wrong; the experience itself prevails. The "ภาพจำลองโดยประมาณ" try-on simply lays the item picture over a public avatar picture as a rough preview; the real item in game may differ in size, position and look. Items from experiences Roblox rates 17+ are hidden. Free items never need your password or Robux; anyone asking for them is a scammer.

The "Roblox audio library" page

Audio ids, titles and details come from Roblox's official Creator Store. We list only audio from licensed-music accounts such as DistroKid, APM Music and Roblox, and never list re-uploaded or bypassed songs. We do not own any of the music; rights belong to their owners. The play button opens a short sample of about 20 seconds; the full track opens on Roblox's own page. Using audio in a game is subject to Roblox's rules and the rights holder's conditions, and each game's own rules apply inside that game; we do not guarantee that audio stays available or fits every use. We can turn samples off site-wide or remove any track at once. Use the "แจ้งปัญหา" (report) button on the row for broken, unlicensed or wrong audio, or see Takedown.

Game clips

Clips belong to the developers who submit them and live on TikTok or YouTube; we only embed those services' official players and store no video files, so a clip's content and availability depend on the developer and that service. Clips are reviewed before going live, except clips from verified developers, who must still follow the Content rules; approval is not an endorsement. Comments on clips belong to their authors and must follow the Content rules. Staff can hide any clip or comment at any time, and rights holders can use the takedown process.

Links to Roblox, Discord, YouTube, Rolimons or developers' channels are outside our control; we only link out and copy no data from those sites. We are not responsible for their content, safety or policies.

No warranty and limits

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the site will be available or error-free or that any game or detail is accurate, safe or suitable, and we are not liable for loss caused by games, developers, other users, Roblox or third-party services, including lost Robux, items, accounts, data or income. Our total liability is capped as set out in Terms section 11. This does not apply to our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Developers are responsible for their games

Developers alone are responsible for their games and details and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from them, as set out in Terms section 12.
